Cancelation and Refund Policy

At Orangex, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Hence, we have formulated the following cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness to both our valued guests and our organization


Cancelation Timeline

  • Full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival in India. However, rematanice charges will be deducted.
  • Cancellations made between 90 to 60 days before the scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of 25% of the total invorbe amount.
  • Cancellations made between 60 to 30 days before the scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total invoice amount.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 29 days before the scheduled arrival.

Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of cancellation Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction However, in specific circumstances refunds may also be transferred via a payment method preferred by Orangex

Remittance Charges: Remittance charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Partial Cancellations: For group bookings or multiple reservations, if partial cancellations are made, the cancellation policy will apply to the specific canceled items or individuals as per the above stated timeline.

Force Majeure: in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other force majeure events OrangeX reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy as deemed necessary

Communication: All cancellation requests must be communicated to Orangex in writing via email or through our official communication channels.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as permits, reservations, or tickets obtained on behalf of the guest, may be non- refundable regardless of the cancellation timeline. In such cases, the guest will be notified accordingly.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that guests procure comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations or disruptions in travel plans.
